I feel bad for Mondays. It’s just a day like any other but everyone craps on it. Fridays are well-loved, Saturdays even more so. But poor Monday. Why do we hate Mondays??

I’ve chosen to embrace Mondays rather than reject. We can’t avoid them, and as the saying goes "if you can’t beat em, join em"..right? 

If we reframe it from "the weekend is over" to "the week has just begun!" We can think of Monday as a fresh start, the same way we love New Years. We should be thankful that we’re given another beautiful day on Earth. 

So turn the page on your planner, start a fresh weekly todo list, and embrace Mondays!
