Simple Living Series • Paper Mail Management.
One of the most common clutter problems I hear about is what to do with bills and mail and catalogs and whatever else. I developed a system that works fool-proof for me, and I'd like to share it with you and hear your feedback. I simply put a plastic basket under my desk, right below my laptop. Every day when I come home, I: open my mail at my desk, take care of anything urgent, file anything important, and recycle the rest. Anything that's confidential is shredded, of course. Every few weeks or so, when the basket gets full, I tie everything up and bring it to the curb. Told you it was simple. How do you manage your mail? Also, how funny is that first photo? I was shooting and little Jack just jumped right in the frame. He's a real ham, that dog!
