Merry Belated Christmas!

Hello, my sweet friends! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas or Tuesday and Wednesday, depending on your culture and beliefs! My family celebrates on Christmas Eve and detoxes/unwinds/cleans up on Christmas day. Tuesday was crazy! I actually had to work in the morning, which was a bit of a bummer, but what can ya do? Then I sped home and helped get everything ready. My job for holidays is making all the anitpasto platters, and this year was ridiculous. We had about 15 different types of cheese, all different meats, olives and peppers and dips and spreads. It was a dream come true for me, because I'm a nibbler through and through. Our moderately small house was packed with family and friends. We ate, drank, watched movies, opened presents, and partied until about 3AM. That was the latest we'd ever stayed up! I slept like a baby.

I'm a firm believer that Christmas is about being with family (and eating like crazy), and not about presents, but I think that I gave some pretty awesome gifts this year and I received some really great, thoughtful things too. I'm pretty lucky.

In other news, due to some recent personal life changes, both for me, my family, and my friends, things might slow down around here. I don't want to say too much before things are finalized, but I am still temporarily closing both A Wild Tonic vintage shop and Wanderlust Print Co. on January 1st (so remember to get shopping while everything is on super-sale and use code "MILESTONE" for an additional 15% off all vintage!), and I'll be working at my other jobs a lot until then. I'm trying to figure everything out, and hopefully I'll have lots of fun updates in the new year!
